Treasury card(s) are managed through the LegFi application. If you see a suspicious transaction and would like to dispute it, follow the steps below.*
First, go to Financial Accounts > Actions > Treasury Cards > click “VIEW” link.
- In the "View Transactions" column for the card, click on the transaction that needs to be disputed.
- Click the "Dispute" button.
Next, complete the Transaction Dispute form with all pertinent details
- On the "Reason for Dispute" line, select the best reason to explain why you are disputing the transaction.
- On the "Explanation" line, provide as much detail as possible regarding the dispute. Note: This section has a 1,000-character limit.
- In the "Additional Documentation" section, upload any additional files that are helpful to explain your dispute.
