Have you ordered a Treasury card, but haven't received it yet? Check the Treasury card status to make sure you don't need to provide additional information.
Go to Financial Accounts, the Treasury account the card is under and click on Treasury cards to find the status of the card.
The definition for each status is below.
Pending Cardholder Data - This means the cardholder needs to complete the intake/activation form.
Pending Activation - This means the card is in route and needs to be activated upon receipt or has been delivered and needs to be activated.
Need More Info - This means our payment processor Stripe needs more information from the cardholder. That may be a copy of your drivers license or social security card. You will receive an email letting you know what information is required. This additional information is for identity verification purposes only.
