Use LegFi’s Member Auto Charge feature to automatically create and post invoices to member accounts based on the trigger actions you define. For example, you can set it up to add a new member fee whenever someone is added to LegFi. The steps below will walk you through setting up and managing this feature.
How To Set Up an Auto Charge
- Go to the Invoices Tab
- Select the Manage Auto Charges button
- Click +Create New Auto Charge

Fill in all required Information Fields and click Save
How To Edit an Auto Charge
- Go to the Invoices Tab
- Select the Manage Auto Charges button
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the charge you would like to edit
- Click Save Charge
