LegFi HQ Organization Controls can be used to allow or disable LegFi feature access for your chapter (secondary) organizations. You can manage this for all chapters and/or a subset with unique needs.
To access Organization Controls, go to Organizations > Organization Manager.
Then, select the "GO" button under Organization Controls.
Under Organization Controls, you will see a list of LegFi features that are available to all chapter (secondary) organizations. Under the "Allow" column, select Yes to enable that feature for all chapters within your organization, or select No if you wish to disable it.
If you have any exceptions within your organization to which the selection in the Allow column does NOT apply, you may indicate the chapter (secondary) organization(s) under the "Exceptions" column. To do so, select the link to "Manage" under the "Exceptions" column on the same line as the applicable feature.
In the "Update Exceptions" window, select which chapter (secondary) organization(s) should be excluded from the Yes/No Allow rule previously selected in the Organization Controls. When selected, those chapters will appear in the right "Selected Orgs' column. Click the green "Save Changes" button to finish.
After you save changes, the Organization Controls menu will reflect a number in the "Exceptions" column to indicate the number of chapter (secondary) organizations with that exception.
For example, the screenshot below indicates all chapters within this organization are not permitted to add members and contact users with the exception of 1 chapter.
