LegFi HQ: Past Due Email Controls

The Past Due Email Controls let LegFi HQ users decide whether to restrict or allow chapters to perform certain Past Due Email actions at the chapter level. 

LegFi HQ users also have the ability to set up Past Due Email templates for all chapters to use. 

How to set Past Due Email Controls:

1. Log in to LegFi as an HQ user.
2. Navigate to the Organizations page.
3. Select Organization Manager.
4. Click into Modules > Collections. 

5. Allow/restrict chapters to have access to certain controls by making them active/inactive. 

   

 

How to set up Past Due Email templates:

1. Follow steps 1-4 from How to set Past Due Email Controls.
2. In the Past Due Templates box, select the three dots under Actions > Edit. 
3. Customize the template by editing the Description, Email Subject, and Email Body.
4. Add variables (First Name, Last Name, Member Balance, etc.) by selecting Insert Variables. 

5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as necessary for the other email templates.
