LegFi Chapter User Access Controls for HQ users simplify the process of assigning secondary organizations to users and granting them specific permissions at the child organization level. As an HQ Admin, you can assign or unassign child organizations to yourself or other HQ users with a few simple steps.
Follow below to set up the LegFi Access Controls feature:
- Login to LegFi as HQ Admin.
- Click on Organizations from the left menu.
- Click on the 3 dots in the Actions column for every Child Chapter and select Add User Access to the child chapters.
- Select all members from the left column who should receive access.
- Once all users who need access are in the right column, select the green Save Changes button.
Follow below to set which permissions your HQ Users should have at the chapter level:
- Log in to LegFi as an HQ Admin.
- Navigate to the Users page.
- Select the 3 dots in the Actions column, and click Permissions - Chapter.
- Permissions - HQ is where you will update the user's permissions for your LegFi HQ account
- Permissions - HQ is where you will update the user's permissions for your LegFi HQ account
- Give the user Admin Status or customize the user's permissions by giving them either Read and/or Edit access to specific modules.
- Admin Status grants the user full access to read and edit all modules at the chapter level
- Read access grants the user the ability to view the specific module
- Edit access grants the user to view and make edits while in the specific module
