The LegFi HQ Organization Controls feature gives National Headquarters users the ability to manage features across all chapter (secondary account) organizations. This allows HQ to set controls that either allow or restrict the use of specific features or editing access within various modules for chapter organizations.
How does the LegFi HQ Controls feature work?
HQ users have the authority to enable or disable specific features across all chapter organizations. By navigating to the Organizations menu > Organizations Manager and selecting Organization Controls, HQ can update permissions to either allow or deny access to certain features. Additionally, exceptions to both allow or deny on a per chapter basis can be configured to adjust these permissions as needed.
What's in it for the chapter admin user?
Chapter admin users may experience certain limitations due to HQ restrictions. For example, if HQ denies the ability to add users, chapter admins will no longer be able to create new members or contacts in LegFi. Essentially, their access to certain features will depend on HQ’s controls.
What's in it for the LegFi HQ admin user?
HQ admins have full control over feature access for their chapters. This provides the ability to decide what functionalities are available to their secondary organizations (chapters), enabling them to centrally manage all chapter LegFi accounts.
