Here are the items you should complete to wrap up your term successfully and set yourself, or the next officer, up for a good start!
- Send communications to graduating members who owe money.
- Update member groups.
- Update your member roster by archiving members. These will typically be graduating members, and they will need to have a $0 balance. It may also be members that are transferring chapters, dropped, etc.

Pay any outstanding bills to Payees via LegFi Payables
- If you use LegFi Payables to pay bills to various payees, you should review any outstanding bills to be paid before closing out the term and going on break.

Create the next term's invoicing, if applicable.
- This is a great way to help yourself, or the next officer, out when coming back from break.
