Use the Archive Member feature to remove a member's access and stop communication from LegFi. This feature removes members from your Active roster, and places them under the Archived tab on the LegFi members page.
Use the Unarchive Member feature to move Archived members back to your Active roster.
Before You Begin
For Members to be eligible for Archival, they must must meet the following criteria:
- An account balance of $0.00
- Cannot have any active Treasury Cards
- Have not reached the Archival limit (2 times maximum)
How to Archive a Member
To archive a member:
- Navigate to the Members page in LegFi.
- Select the three dots in line with the member's name under Actions.
- Click Archive.
How to Unarchive a Member
To unarchive a member:
- Navigate to the Members page in LegFi.
- Under the Archived tab, select the three dots in line with the member's name under Actions.
- Click Unarchive.
Important!
Admin can only archive a member two times. If the member needs to be archived for a third time, the Admin will need to reach out to softwaresupport@omegafi.com for further assistance.
When a member is unarchived, the system will automatically assess a subscription fee to your organization for any members unarchived between the last subscription billing date and the next scheduled billing date. This fee is based on your organization’s current subscription period.
