Payables Payment Tracking (Reference)

Track your mailed checks, review and download check images, and receive notifications when checks are mailed on the Payables page in LegFi. 

Send and resend payment notifications to vendors about upcoming payments for both mailed checks and Payee's Choice payment methods. 

Tracking Mailed Checks

1. Navigate the the Payables page.
2. Under the Payments tab, find the payment you would like to track. 
3. Click into the payment.
4. Under Payment Details, select the icon next to Delivery Method.
5. View tracking updates. 
   • For overnight payments, you will be rerouted out of LegFi to track your payment via UPS. 

Downloading Check Images

1. Navigate the the Payables page.
2. Under the Payments tab, find the payment you would like to track. 
3. Click into the payment.
4. In the Payment Details box, select Download Check.
