Set Charge Prioritization (How-to)

The Charge Prioritization tool allows LegFi Admin to assign a priority level of High to the applicable chart of accounts, which controls the order in which Due and Past Due charges must be paid by members.

If used, this tool ensures charges like National Dues and Fees are paid before lower priority charges.

How to assign Charge Priorities: 

1. Log into LegFi.
2. Navigate to the Finances page.
3. Select Chart of Accounts.
4. Next to the applicable chart of accounts, select the pencil icon under Actions.
5. Select High from the Charge Priority dropdown.
6. Save Account.
