LegFi allows regular and HQ users to link external bank accounts for deposits, such as member invoices. If your organization opens a new bank account to replace an old one, or if your account was compromised and you had to close it, follow the steps below to remove the old account and ensure deposits are directed to the new one.
Before You Begin
Before you can replace and remove the old account, you will need to add your new bank account and complete the Know Your Customer Form under the Financial Accounts Tab. For additional help, reference our article here.
How-to Steps
- Go to the Financial Account Tab
- Select the three dots in the Action Column next to the account you want to remove
- Click Delete
- Select your new bank account from the dropdown box
- Click Yes, Remove Bank Account
