The Financial Accounts user permission level allows LegFi administrators to grant other users “Read” or “Edit” permissions to the Financial Accounts section of LegFi without giving those users full Admin status to the entire application.
Some notes about the Financial Account permission settings:
- A user with the Read permission can view the data and activity under the Financial Accounts section, but they cannot make any changes to the information. This includes view-only access to the below Financial Account features.
- Financial account listing
- Recent Treasury Account transaction
- Treasury Card listing
- Treasury Card transactions
- Disputes
- A user with the Edit permission can view and update fields under the Financial Accounts section.
- Users with a Treasury Card can always access the Financial Accounts section to manage their own card, regardless of the current Financial Account permission settings for them.
See the below articles for more information on updating a LegFi user's permission settings.
