In order to record a payment that was deposited locally, complete the following steps:
- Click Payments on the navigation menu.
- Next, click on the blue Record Payment button.
- Here you will select the member, add the amount you wish to record, any notes about the payment, and choose the payment method.
- Hit the Submit Payment button when you are finished.
Have more than one payment that you need to record?
- Select Add Another Payment and fill out the required information for each recorded payment.
- When you are finished, don't forget to hit Submit Payments.
