If you have an invoice from your National Headquarters your chapter needs to pay, these are the steps you'll need to take to pay that invoice.
- Determine if you are going to pay with your Treasury account, Treasury card or an external bank account. If you are going to pay with a Treasury card use this article for instructions on how to get a Treasury card and how to set the spending limit correctly.
- Once you are logged into your LegFi account, click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Choose the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to Payment Method and choose the correct payment method. If you are using an external bank account choose New Checking Account. If you are using a Treasury card choose New Credit Card or if you are using a Treasury account choose New Treasury Account.
- Once you add the card, go back to your Dashboard and click on Pay Now under the invoice your National Headquarters sent.
- Under Payment Amount choose the amount you wish to pay if you are not paying in full.
- Under Payment Information choose the correct Payment Type.
- Click Make a Payment.
