LegFi automatically sends an activation email to each member you add to your roster. If a member changes their email address or doesn’t receive the original message, you can quickly resend the activation email. Use the steps below to make sure every member can log in without delay.
How-to Steps
- Go to the Members Tab
- Select the member that needs the activation email
- Click the three dots under the Actions column
- Choose Resend Activation
- Select Yes, Resend to Member
- Review successful send results and fix any reasons for failed sends
